Recovery Zone Radio is a web-based radio broadcast- basically, it is a radio station that exists via the internet. Our programming consist of information pertaining to diseases and disorders that adversely effect the quality of people's lives

Our vision is to reach out to individuals and families, to provide real time information and to promote awareness, insight and resources pertaining to issues and disorders that affect the quality of one’s life. We are working diligently to establish partnerships with community and world leaders alike. Our goal is to bring real information, in a real format to real people. The key to our vision is making these resources available to people in their own safe place and time.

What is the “RecoveryZone” – We are a web-based talk radio programming network dedicated to life issues. Our efforts are focused on promoting awareness, insight and resources pertaining to issues and disorders that affect the quality of one’s life.

In today's society there is a stigma attached to individuals afflicted with obsessive-compulsive and addiction disorders (i.e. bulimia, alcoholism, drug addiction, etc.). These disorders are not typically spoken about publicly, or outside of the immediate "family-circle" - they appear to be considered embarrassing or as if the afflicted individual has a weak will or lacks moral character. Although..., our world has put forth a tremendous effort to provide statistical and factual information pertaining to such disorders, explaining their dynamic neurological intricacies - society still judges. Now, let's talk straight for a second - in reality, we are hard pressed to find a family that such disorders have NOT affected. From this awkward predicament, an idea came forth - what if we could build an informational web based radio broadcast mechanism that would allow afflicted and non afflicted individuals a place to find hope. A place to find resources and information to assist individuals in dealing with their own disorders or those of a loved one. A place where people could remain anonymous while doing "research". A place where specific questions could be addressed. A place where, if nothing more, one could begin on the journey of recovery. A place that people could visit in their own safe time and space.
