What a treasure. Songs I know and many I do not. Music was so much better then. Words you can understand and music itself is timeless. It is an oasis in my day. Thank you. I just wish you had an online play list. Keep the mix like it is.

I love this station. If I tune in for a few hours, I'm sure to hear at least one song I've never heard before (today it was "Send Me the Pillow That You Dream On" by Dean Martin and a couple of others), and that's amazing, as I'm an oldies buff who knows way more of this music than most people my age. How many stations will regularly play oldies from the BOTTOM half of the Top 40 charts?!? And not all the same stuff every day? The only downside of 1180 is that the songs are fairly much limited to easy listening songs, though things like Theme From The Rockford Files and The Entertainer are still pretty upbeat. Any way to send music requests to the station? Like most other stations these days, I assume they're part of a conglomerate, probably all pre-programmed with anyone actually being at the station a rarity.
