Impact 89FM is a student-run radio station broadcasting from the campus of Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. During the day, the Impact plays a great mix of alternative, indie, and rock music. In the evenings, we make way for a variety of talk shows and specialty music shows. The staff consists of roughly 100 student volunteers representing a diverse set of backgrounds and majors on campus. The station broadcasts 24/7 from studios in Holden Hall. The Impact is proud to have been named the College Radio Station of the Year for eleven years out of twelve by the Michigan Association of Broadcasters and BMI. Thank you for all your support.
